About Chelsea

HI FRIENDS! For those of you who don't know me, my name is Chelsea Vaccariello and I graduated from Miami University in 2014 with a Bachelor's degree in Kinesiology and Health Promotion.

Growing up, I was always active, involved in sports, and health conscious, but throughout college I did not live a balanced lifestyle. My primary concern was my studies, followed by my ever so demanding social life, which consisted mostly of drinking and eating whatever the heck I wanted, i.e. chicken tenders and french fries on the reg, ugh!

Although I made an effort to go to the gym (I even worked there!) and tried to lead a healthy lifestyle, it was difficult to keep a steady routine because of the pressure that came along with being a 20-something year old college student in a party town.

During the summer of 2015, after previously learning about health and strength training through college courses, I made a commitment to better my health through nutritional eating and fitness. This same year I created an Instagram with thoughts to hold myself accountable and share my journey with others!

I started with at home workouts, migrated to lifting weights in a gym, explored meal prepping, researched and learned about the body. Throughout this process I finally began to see the changes that I had hoped for in my body, as well as a mental transformation that I hadn’t planned on!

I believe there is a fitness solution for EVERYONE! I have coached members in a boxing gym, worked as a personal trainer for clients in a big box gym, and continue to collaborate with clients online. My main intention has always been, and still is, to help others by listening to their needs and helping them reach their unique goals!

I live by the philosophy that fitness is a lifestyle. There are no "quick fixes", no diets, no pills, and definitely no "one" workout that will transform your body overnight. Whatever your goals may be, I'm a firm believer that with the right mindset you CAN and WILL achieve them!

My passion in life is to share my story and give others the tools they need to be successful in not only reaching their fitness goals, but to create a full lifestyle change that targets the body and the mind. I found my happiness through fitness and it is my intent to help you find yours too!
