Talk about a breakfast upgrade! This delicious, high protein french toast recipe is sure to please your muscles and taste buds.

Vanilla Cinnamon Cream Cheese Protein French Toast Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup of 2% Milk or alternative
  • 1 Packet/Scoop PrettyFit All-Natural Vanilla Whey
  • 46 g or 3 tablespoons liquid egg whites
  • Dash of cinnamon & 4 drops liquid stevia (could use one packet of Splenda etc.)

Directions

  1. Mix up ingredients
  2. Drown two pieces of P28 Foods bread in mixture
  3. Cook on LOW until golden brown
